And I am hooked, this is the best scheduler I have ever used, it has every feature you could ever hope for and then some.
There are many important factors to master on Instagram to create an engaged following of fans and buyers:
You need good quality content
Hashtags that rock!
Collaboration
Engagement
And that last thing you want to worry about is how much time it’s going to take you to write a post, choose a photo that works with the caption, add your spaces, post, and add your hashtags.
Plann cuts almost all of that time out for you!
You still have to be the creative genius of the content, but pretty much everything else can be done in one app.
Today I am going to walk you through a full review on Plann.
But first I want to tell you why having an app like this in your Instagram strategy is a game changer!
Time Management
When I first started my business I was still working full time, so managing all of the day to day parts of business felt like A LOT. When you have a scheduler like this, you can sit down and batch your work, meaning you can write a lot of content all at once. Then you can pop it into the scheduler and boom you are good to go for a week, or even a month!
Now that I am working on the go as we travel the globe, the scheduler is still a total game changer for saving me time.
Plann saves me so much time each week. I can rest at ease knowing my content is ready and it makes posting (and adding hashtags… more on that later) fast!
The Aesthetic
Did you know that the Instagram feed is structured the way it is, showing 6-9 tiles at a time, for a reason? This is how to create a balanced photo that is aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The feed itself is following the rule of thirds in photography.
The rule of thirds says you don’t always want the main focal point of the photo to be centered all the time, that is not aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The same is true with you Instagram feed, it is not aesthetically pleasing to have everything centered, nor is it to have a feed with a wide mix of colors or jumbled around quotes.
Plann allows you to perfect your Instagram feeds balance with total ease.

The Grid Planner
My all time favorite feature, and main feature, is the grid planner. This is where you can make the aesthetic of your overall grid draw in more followers.
Not only can you upload in photos to schedule, but with the drag and drop feature you can move photos around to balance out your grid to perfection.
The Scheduler
I love the scheduler on Plann because not only can you schedule posts, but you can also see best performing times on your account to optimize your reach.
Once you schedule in a post, you are sent a notification when it is time to post, you click post and Plann immediately copies your caption + the picture. Such an effortless scheduling process.
This type of scheduler is much better for the Instagram algorithm then one that automatically posts for you.
You can also schedule Instagram stories using Plann.
Hashtags
Speaking of ease… The hashtag feature on Plann is freaking incredible. Gone are the days of typing a bunch of hashtags or opening your notes app and copying and pasting. You can create sets of up to 30 hashtags press copy set and boom you’re good to go!

Let’s talk performance metrics.
I mentioned earlier how Plann will save your best times to post, which is incredible for your Instagram strategy. This isn’t the only performance feature of the app though. You can also track your best sets of hashtags, your color palette, your top posts, follower metrics.
